A bold and graphic abstract mixed media intaglio on paper by Leonard Edmonson. Hand signed on pencil on the bottom right with an annotation of 10/25 on the bottom left. Printed by the artist in 1951. A marvelous midcentury modern composition. From a private collection. Dimensions: 23.25”h x 20.25”w (framed). In very good vintage condition. Leonard Edmonson (1916-2002) was an American Abstract expressionist painter and printmaker. In 1950 Edmondson had his first solo show at the Felix Landau Gallery followed by shows at the de Young Museum and the Pasadena Museum of California Art. In 1960 Edmondson was the recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship. An interview with Edmondson was included in the 1966-1967 "Art and Artists" radio program series which is archived at the Smithsonian Institution's Archives of American Art. Edmondson's work is in the collections of the Brooklyn Museum, the National Gallery of Art, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Checkout our three-floor showroom located at:

In most cases parcels are shipped out in 1-3 days and delivered in 3-5 days. Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on location. We have freight shipments delivered to the East Coast every 1-2 weeks, and to the West Coast every 3- 5 weeks. All delivery dates provided by us are estimates, and all freight deliveries are fulfilled by third party companies. The shipping company we book your delivery with will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
While damage in transit is rare, if you receive a damaged item, please retain all packing materials and notify us as soon as possible. We would be happy to facilitate an insurance claim to reimburse you for the cost of repair; or to accept a return for a full refund.
