Description


A futuristic handblown glass vessel with three tubular forms by Aldo Nason. This vessel has a warm amber color design with exquisite details. A fantastic example of Nason’s Yokohama series that he created in the 1950s through the 1960s and combine gold leaf, starry murrines and metallic inclusions. Nason’s works exemplify themes within the modern movement. Aldo Nason was born in 1920, into one of the oldest families of Murano glassmakers and through a dedicated glass training, he created a unique signature style. His glass art can be found in countless public and private institutions including The Metropolitan Museum of Art. From a private collection. Dimensions: 14.5” h x 7” dia. In very good vintage condition.

In most cases parcels are shipped out in 1-3 days and delivered in 3-5 days. Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on location. We have freight shipments delivered to the East Coast every 1-2 weeks, and to the West Coast every 3- 5 weeks. All delivery dates provided by us are estimates, and all freight deliveries are fulfilled by third party companies. The shipping company we book your delivery with will contact you directly to schedule delivery.


 


While damage in transit is rare, if you receive a damaged item, please retain all packing materials and notify us as soon as possible. We would be happy to facilitate an insurance claim to reimburse you for the cost of repair; or to accept a return for a full refund.
