A unique modern clear with blue accents glass vessel sculpture by American glass artist Richard Ritter. Circa 1970s. Per the artist, “I was raised in a small farm town in the Midwest, unaware of a growing American Craft Movement. I had the great fortune as a senior in high school, to attend a class given by an arts educator that would alter the course of my life. First, I spend five years at The Society of Arts and Crafts in Detroit, and eventually found my way to Penland School of Crafts in the mountains of North Carolina. It was at Penland that I met Bill Brown, a man of tremendous vision and enthusiasm for the artists in the American Craft Movement. Twenty years later, his message–that of the necessity to be honest with one’s work and to pass on our knowledge of that material–lives with me, and with the thousands of other craftsmen who were touched by his spirit and the unique Penland experience.” From a private collection, originally purchased from Habatat Galleries in Michigan. We ship world-wide and quote through USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, GPX, and with multiple domestic and international freight shipping companies to get you the best price on delivery, and we offer free pick-up for anyone who wants to handle their own delivery.
In most cases parcels are shipped out in 1-3 days and delivered in 3-5 days. Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 1-10 weeks depending on location. We have freight shipments delivered to the East Coast every 1-2 weeks, and to the West Coast every 3- 5 weeks. All delivery dates provided by us are estimates, and all freight deliveries are fulfilled by third party companies. The shipping company we book your delivery with will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
While damage in transit is rare, if you receive a damaged item, please retain all packing materials and notify us as soon as possible. We would be happy to facilitate an insurance claim to reimburse you for the cost of repair; or to accept a return for a full refund.
